What should I wear?

Each year we try to pick an auction theme that will get people excited to dress the part! From flappers of the 1920s to the Flamencos of Madrid, we love to see our guest dress the theme as much, or as little as they like. All Auctions are black tie optional and as formal as you would like! This year being, "We're All Mad Here," a trip to Wonderland, we hope guests use characters from Lewis Carroll's classic book as inspiration for their attire. "Alice" Blues and Blacks, "Queen of Heart" Reds, "Cheshire" Pinks and Purples, "Caterpillar" Blue, and "Mad Hatter" Orange, Green and Purple! Come as your favorite character, or with pop of flare! Either way, we hope you let lose, have fun, and embrace this year's 20th OLG Auction & Gala... And remember, "We're All Mad Here!"

How does the Silent Auction work?

Every guest will receive a bidder number. Simply write your bidder number and bid (based on the increments on the bid sheet). The highest bid wins the item. Be the 7th bidder on a bid sheet and you will be entered into the "Lucky 7" raffle.

How does the Live Auction work?

To enter a bid, raise your bidder paddle. A bid is official only when formally recognized and called by the auctioneer. When the auctioneer calls "SOLD", legal title to the article passes to the highest bidder.

When and where do I get my winning items?

You can claim your winning items at the end of the night in the pick-up room. Auction items can also be picked up on Sunday, April 7th between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Anything else I need to know?

All sales are final! There will be no exchanges or refunds. Unless otherwise specified, all Auction items and services must be used within one year of Auction night, April 6, 2019.
