The Auction is an amazing event! Our school community and beyond come together to support one common purpose ... Our Lady of Grace School!

What should I expect?

Where do we start? There is so much to do at the Auction. We wouldn't want you to a miss a thing! Here's a list of our favorites:

What should I wear?

Bring on the glitz and glam of the roaring 20’s, bring out your best flapper dress and add feathers, sequins, and pearled accessories. For the dapper gent bring out your three piece suit, and accessorize with vest, suspenders, fedora, or pocket watch. Don’t forget every era has its seedy side, so you can opt for a pin striped suit and dress as a gansta, oooo shame. Let’s get flappin’, drinkin’, and dancin’!

How does the online Silent Auction work?

All Silent Auction bidding is done from the convenience of your phone. All online bidding closes at 7:15pm on the evening of the Gala and the item up for auction goes home with the highest bidder. 

How does the Live Auction work?

To enter a bid, raise your bidder paddle. A bid is official only when formally recognized and called by the auctioneer. When the auctioneer calls "SOLD", legal title to the article passes to the highest bidder.

When and where do I get my winning items?

You can claim your winning items at the end of the night in the pick-up room. Auction items can also be picked up on Sunday, April 14th between 9:30 am and 12:00 pm.

Anything else I need to know?

All sales are final! There will be no exchanges or refunds. Unless otherwise specified, all Auction items and services must be used within one year of Auction night, April 13, 2025.
