What's the big deal?

The Auction is an amazing event! Our school community and beyond come together to support one common purpose ... Our Lady of Grace School!

What should I expect?

Where do we start? There is so much to do at the Auction. We wouldn't want you to a miss a thing! Here's a list of our favorites:

  • Champagne Welcome ... and a hosted bar!
  • Free Photo Booth .... Free!
  • Wine Toss ... Pop your winnings open at your table or enjoy your bottle at home.
  • Golden Ticket ... The lucky winner of this raffle has first pick of any LIVE AUCTION item!
  • Class Masterpieces ... Exclusive artwork by our students.
  • "Jewel of the Nile" Raffle ... Jewels for one lucky lady.
  • "Treasure of Marrakesh" Key Raffle ... A treasure you won't want to miss!
  • Dessert Dash ... Get your group of friends together and bid on a delicious dessert.
  • Auction Exclusive OLG Swag ... Always a crowd pleaser!
  • Teacher Time and Sign-Up Parties ... Fun options for the kids and the kids at heart!

What should I wear?

The Kaftan is a traditional Moroccan dress that can be dressed up or down. While we would love to see everyone get into the theme of the evening, wearing traditional clothing is not necessary. Cocktail attire is typically suggested for the Auction. Bright colors are encouraged. Ladies, you can't go wrong with elaborate jewelry and HENNA (see the Moroccan Henna page).

How does the Silent Auction work?

Every guest will receive a bidder number. Simply write your bidder number and bid (based on the increments on the bid sheet). The highest bid wins the item. Be the 7th bidder on a bid sheet and you will be entered into the "Lucky 7" raffle.

How does the Live Auction work?

To enter a bid, raise your bidder paddle. A bid is official only when formally recognized and called by the auctioneer. When the auctioneer calls "SOLD", legal title to the article passes to the highest bidder.

When and where do I get my winning items?

You can claim your winning items at the end of the night in the pick-up room. Auction items can also be picked up on Sunday, April 9th between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Anything else I need to know?

All sales are final! There will be no exchanges or refunds. Unless otherwise specified, all Auction items and services must be used within one year of Auction night, April 8, 2017.

Blessed to have AMAZING SPONSORS!
